On April 7, 2009:
This guy doesn't breate when he lands. In fact, he never takes flight at all, which meant Thurman couldn't stand in front of a breath after his landing.
and Insanepokpok, after careful examination, had the biggest or the smallest dick. I can't remember our exact criteria, but congratulations on your new mount, and a big thanks to everyone who made this happen.
But shortly before that, there was the 10 man variation:
which is an amazing accomplishment in and of itself.
At the press conference, Kalvilmer stated, " Huge credit is due to everyone in the guild who helped get this done but weren't there on the night it finally died.
Special thanks to Arioche, Tygr, Thurman, Katosa, Hitane, Profile, Lassider, Archist, Vermmn, Anastasya, Aethra, Leprete and all the members of Berserk who together create an environment where killing a boss this hard is possible. And of course extra special thanks to Neueraud for being "that guy."
And then the patch came, so we went to Ulduar on 4/16/09 and killed:
which is pronounced (FLAY-um LEE-VEE-AY-THAN).
and back again on 4/21/09 to kill:
and by the time 4/23/09 rolled around, everyone was tired of posing for pictures so they scattered as soon as we killed:
but all in all, it's just business as usual.
We've got some upgrades planned to the site in the coming weeks, and it'll probably never be this long between updates again, but in between finals, raids, reruns of America's Next Top Model, and Sabrecat's AFKs, we've been pretty busy.

In the frozen wastes of the north, the Lich King Arthas Menethil rallies his undead army and schemes to bring an end to all life on Azeroth -- and in a couple of months, you'll begin your epic journey into Northrend to confront the Lich King and his minions yourself. Blizzard Entertainment's second expansion to World of Warcraft -- Wrath of the Lich King -- will be in stores on November 13 in North America, Europe, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, and Russia, and on November 14 in Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia. The expansion will be available in Korea and the regions of Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau on November 18, and the launch timing for China will be announced at a later date. Wrath of the Lich King will be available in both a standard edition and a special Collector's Edition (in select areas).
